The Secret to Happiness Everyone wants to know what the secret to happiness is. The truth is that only you can answer that question. However, there are some things you can do in order to help increase your happiness on a daily basis. Start by showing gratitude. Every day, there is something you can be grateful for in life. Find that, and give thanks. Maybe a friend helped lift your spirits one day. Maybe a family member helped watch your kids so you could have a “mommy break.” Send a thank-you note and show your appreciation.
